Here you’ll find some sample proposals from some of our suggested vendors. These prices can vary based on event hours, additional services / staffing and many other things, but are meant to be a helpful tool in understanding what your wedding at The Simon could cost.

Investment Information.

  • Food

    Catering costs can range significantly depending on guest count, level of service, inclusions etc. It is likely the service you end up with will vary at least slightly from the proposals you see here but they should help give you an idea of potential costs.

  • Photography

    When deciding on a photographer we’d recommend taking your desired style (Traditional / Classic, Moody, Photojournalistic, etc.) into serious consideration! Pricing often varies based on hours of coverage, having a second shooter, quantities of photos delivered etc.

  • Planning & Coordination

    A wedding planner can help take on the tasks that come with planning, such as vendor coordination, timeline management, and decor setup. By delegating these responsibilities to a professional, you can save time and enjoy your big day.

  • Floral

    Your wedding flowers should reflect your personal style and taste. Floral costs and budgets vary dramatically based on things like choosing in season flowers, size of arrangements, and even your guest count (more guests = more tables).

  • Entertainment

    Entertainment
