Two Day Venue Rental

This option can be added on to our A La Carte or All Inclusive Option.
You have the option to add Thursday from 3:00pm - 8:00pm on to your Friday rental for a $1,000 Thursday rental fee.
Please Note:
We require a $1m event insurance policy with The Simon listed as additional insured. Approximate cost $250.
We have a 2.9% credit card processing charge for all credit card payments. There is no processing charge for payments made by check or ACH Transfer.
Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written not the date of tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year for calendar booking) If there has been a change in rate the contracted investment / terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract not on the tour date.
The Simon has no hidden fees / service charges. We do offer some optional additional services that are completely optional.
All alcoholic beverage service must be provided by The Simon but pricing can vary from $0 out of pocket to a fully hosted top shelf bar with tons of flexible options in between to best serve your party.
