The Simon has partnered with some fantastic caterers, that offer a variety of price points and styles, and delicious menu options for you to choose from.
We do require that you partner with one of our exclusive catering teams, we think you’re going to love them or we offer an option for Drop Off Catering from your favorite restaurant, each restaurant must be approved prior to booking them.
Caterers on our Exclusive List typically range in cost from $13 - $80 per person.
Some of the more casual service style caterers on our list offer the option to send their team home early and have The Simon bring in an end of night Catering Clean up crew for $390, we only offer this option because in some cases it can save couples hundreds of dollars on labor.
High Country customizes a menu to fit your needs & budget. We do it all from the cocktail hour & main meal, to the dessert.
