Day of Coordination
Our in house Day of Coordinators are perfect for the couple that wants to put together their vendor teams and be able to sit back and enjoy it all day of. They specialize in organizing your final details and making sure your vision comes to life day off. You will be introduced to your planner 60 days before your wedding and they will be by your side through a details phone call, timeline creation and management, running your rehearsal and being the first one there and the last one to leave on the day of your event. This service is optional.
Cost: $1,500
Speakeasy After Party.
Keep the party going down at the speakeasy. With this add on option the speakeasy bar will be yours from 10pm to 12am for up to 50 guests. This package inlcudes two bartenders and you can choose to host this additional bar time or let your guests cover their own drinks.

Beverage Service
We do require that you use The Simon for any / all beverage service as we have our liquor license in house. Bartenders and a fully stocked bar are included in your Facility Rental Fee, this means if you don’t want to pay for any drinks you have a Cash Bar included in your Facility Rental Fee. If you’d like to pay for some or all of your guests drinks we can make a bar package customized to your exact budget. We do offer five different bar packages or you can preselect a dollar amount you’d like to cover and when that tab runs out guests would begin paying for their own drinks.

Drop Off Catering.
If Chipotle or Chick-Fil-A is your thing we’re here for it! When you opt to use a drop off caterer we don’t want all the extra clean up to fall on your last standing bridal party or family members. Let us take care of all the end of night clean up or hire in a service staff…we do require you choose one of the previous two options with any drop off catering.
If you choose to go through us we will do the following:
-Clean reception space at end of event of all food service items.
-This option does not add any service during your event & all of our service happens through a third party after your event is over.
What you’ll still need to do:
-Determine who will be releasing tables to get food (we’d recommend seeing if your coordinator or DJ will do this).
-Provide all plates, utensils, napkins and any other meal service necessities.
-Make sure food will arrive at correct time based on your timeline. We will not pick up the food from any restaurant. Our team is not responsible for any delays in food arrival.
-Make a plan for & execute food display / service. If you go this route and decide to have your guests serve themselves keep in mind the first folks to go through may take too much food and leave none for your last guests to go through.
